The quality of relational life is a critical component of religious organizations.  Community is a vehicle through which the Spirit finds expression and a context where there is potential for healing transformation.  Yet, often relationships are disappointing and even damaging.  Relational tension sometimes hampers the accomplishment of a group’s mission.
