Larry's practice is built upon his own intensive journey of personal, spiritual and organizational exploration. Transformational Partnerships is a product of this journey, an honoring of his own vocation to give himself to the growth of individuals and the increase of compassion and justice in organizations.
Larry has provided leadership to religious congregations for nearly twenty years and served on the staff and as interim director for a non-profit educational foundation. He received training in leadership and facilitation from the Foundation For Community Encouragement. He holds a Masters Degree in Management from the Center for Creative Change at Antioch University, Seattle and a Doctorate from San Francisco Theological Seminary.
